About the role
You will work closely with designers, strategists, and engineers to translate product requirements into secure, maintainable web experiences. The role combines practical frontend craft with solid backend thinking, clear communication, and a strong sense of responsibility for the finished product.
You will contribute to client projects across different industries, improve the foundations we reuse between projects, and help the team make sound technical decisions without losing sight of the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Build responsive, accessible interfaces from approved product designs.
- Design and maintain APIs, application logic, database models, and third-party integrations.
- Turn product requirements into clear technical plans and realistic delivery estimates.
- Write readable, testable code and review work with other engineers.
- Investigate production issues and improve performance, reliability, and security.
- Communicate progress, trade-offs, and risks clearly with the project team.
Qualifications
- Strong experience with modern JavaScript or TypeScript and a production frontend framework.
- Hands-on backend experience with PHP, Node.js, Python, or a comparable server-side stack.
- Working knowledge of relational databases, APIs, Git, and deployment workflows.
- A practical understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and browser performance.
- Ability to move between independent execution and close collaboration.
- A portfolio, GitHub profile, or examples that demonstrate shipped work.
Good to have
- Experience with Laravel, WordPress, React, Next.js, or cloud infrastructure.
- Familiarity with automated testing, CI/CD, or observability tooling.
- Experience working directly with clients or cross-functional product teams.
